Custom Design

Custom Design Deposit Policy

To begin any custom design project, a $150 design deposit fee is required. This fee includes one (1) initial design concept or up to 2 hours of art-time. We allow up to three (3) revisions after the initial design.

A revision is defined as a minor adjustment, such as a color change, logo placement adjustment, or small layout modification.

The $150 design deposit is fully credited toward your production order when you move forward with manufacturing.

If additional revisions or new design concepts are requested beyond the included three revisions, additional fees may apply at $75 per hour art-time.

Free Uniform Mock-Up Policy

Customers are eligible for one free uniform mock-up per item using any of our pre-designed uniform templates. Each mock-up includes up to three (3) revisions.

A revision is defined as a minor adjustment, such as a color change, logo placement adjustment, or small layout modification.

Additional mock-ups or revisions beyond those included may incur an extra fee.
